Job description 🎯
Reporting to SalesDepartment, the Sales Representative M/F will be responsible for developing and sustaining the company’s revenue by promoting, selling, and monitoring the proposed solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As such, your main responsibilities will include:
Participate in the deployment of the Commercial strategy defined by Management;
Ensure the administrative follow-up of commercial proposals and sales in collaboration with internal departments;
To monitor competitive and technological developments and provide research in order to anticipate market trends;
Lead contractual discussions with clients and ensure a balance between profitability and competitiveness of offers;
Develop and manage a client portfolio within a defined scope;
Manage business files in CRM;
Develop offers tailored to clients’ specific needs;
Participate competitive and technological monitoring to anticipate market trends.
Profil
Profile Required 🕵️♂️
With a higher education background in business, you possess at least 5 years of experience in the field of sales in the aeronautical industry.
You aspire to work on innovative technologies and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary context.
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills, curiosity, and your ability to propose solutions and negotiate effectively. You also rely on your proactivity, organizational skills, and rigor to successfully complete your tasks.
Finally, your key strengths for this position include:
Knowledge of the aeronautical market;
Strong prospecting and sales techniques;
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients;
Proficiency in office software and CRM tools;
Skills in negotiation and project management;
Ability to analyze and anticipate market needs.
Holding a Private Pilot License (PPL) is a plus.
Knowledge of aerobatic aircraft technical characteristics and regulatory requirements would be a plus.
Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
